Maurice Rogers

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Maurice Olajawaun Rogers a.k.a Mo a.k.a Mo So Gucci of Odessa, TX at the age of 36 years. Maurice was born on June 6, 1986 to Keith Bledsoe and Bobbie Rogers. He went to school in Hobbs New Mexico and graduated from Hobbs High in 2004. He married Brenna Rogers on July 6, 2010 in Odessa Tx. Mo worked as a commercial trucker for WTG Fuels.

Maurice was a devoted father who was loved and respected by many. Mo was passionate about work and sports specifically basketball. He was a superior hooper but his favorite role was being a father. He loved nothing more than spending time with his children. Maurice always had a smile on his face and a joke on his lips, he could light up any room with his big smile and goofy personality. He was an inspiration to all who knew him and anyone can vouch that he was a loyal and dependable man. Not a minute, not an hour, not a day will go by we won’t think of him and smile or sigh.

Maurice is survived by wife; Brenna Rogers, children; Jazarion Rogers, Jamarion Rogers, Jazaney Rogers, Alaysha Rogers, brothers; Damon Ingram, Ronnie Brooks, sister; Karessa Rogers and parents; Keith Bledsoe, Morris Taylor and Bobbie Rogers.

Pallbearers will be Brianna Barriga, Ervin Youmans, James Meridyth Jr., Randall McCoy, Ronnie Brooks, and Dominic Jenkins, Billy O'Dell Austin.
