Alex Wayland Bingham

April 12, 1999 — October 30, 2024

Our beloved, Alex Wayland Bingham, 25, of Odessa TX, was taken from us and passed away on October 30, 2024. Alex was born on April 12, 1999, in Odessa, TX. To his parents Wayland Bingham and Melinda Yzaguirre. He went to school in Odessa, TX, and graduated in 2018 from Permian High School. That’s when he met and started dating the love of his life, Faith Dominguez. They began dating and have been together since July 2019. They share three beautiful children: Azariah, Alaysa, and Carter Bingham.

Alex was a good man and a hard worker. He started working at the age of 15, sacking and carrying out groceries at the local Albertsons Market. He has always worked and started in the oil field as soon as he was old enough to do it. He was employed at Allamon Tool Company over the last two years.

Alex enjoyed spending time with friends and family. You could always count on him to make you laugh or to be there when you needed him most. Alex was a loving father, son, grandson, nephew, cousin, brother, and friend to all. He was a man of faith. He loved Jesus and made a public declaration of his faith by baptism in July of 2021. Some of his favorite things to do were racing his red Ram Hemi pickup truck. He loved Reese's candy and chocolate milk, and he never turned down a meal. He loved building Legos and watching Marvel movies. His favorite Marvel character was Iron Man. He always made sure to say “I love you” and wouldn’t let you go without you saying it back. Alex carried many titles in his life but the greatest one of all was being called “Daddy.” He entertained his children with his playful child-like ways. But they will never fully grasp the humor and joy he brought as their dad. Alex was the best part of our lives and losing him has left a void in all of us. Although he was taken too soon, he touched everyone's lives who met him and will forever live on through his children.

Alex is preceded in death by his grandparents Doyle Wayland & Joan Bingham.

Alex is survived by his parents Joe and Melinda Yzaguirre. And Wayland and Arisela Bingham, his maternal Grandparents Jan & Bobby Walker.
