Aurelia Jones

Aurelia Garcia Jones, 73 of Odessa, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2017 in Odessa, Texas.
Visitation will be held 11am to 9pm on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 with Rosary at 7pm at Martinez Funeral Home.

Mass will be held at 10am on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery in Odessa II Garden.
Arrangements are by Martinez Funeral Home.
Aurelia Garcia Jones was born in San Lucas Nieves, Zacatecas to Epifanio Garcia and Adelina Arguijo on January 6, 1944. She was married to Francisco Ibarra in 1986.
She worked in many places like Taco Villa, Mervy's and JC Penny's. Aurelia loved to cook, sew, crochet and be with loved ones. She was involved with Senior Citizen events.
Aurelia is preceded in death by her parents Epifanio Garcia and Adelina Arguijo, her husband Francisco Ibarra and two brothers, Ipolito Garcia and Jesus M. Garcia.

She is survived by two brothers, Sacramento Garcia and Antonio Garcia; three sisters, Amelia G. Torres, Valentina Velez, Romelia G. Torres and countless nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Hector Torres, Joshua Velez, Freddy Sanchez, Kevin Sanchez, Carlos Velez and Paul Gabaldon Jr.
