Barbara Susie (Scharkowski) Sollis

It is with great sadness the family of Barbara Susie (Scharkowski) Sollis born May 5th, 1958 in Germany to her parents Hildegard Haberger(Lynch) and Heinz Scharkowski announces her passing after a short illness in Odessa,Texas on December 24th, 2018.

Barbara was an amazing cook. She spent most of her career in the restaurant industry at restaurants such as Catfish & Company, Pojos and most recently The Country Cafe where she will dearly be missed. Barbara was a hard worker and had a heart of gold. She loved her children and grandchildren. May her soul rest in peace and fly to be with her love Billy.

Barbara was predeceased by her younger sister Kathleen Lynch and her mother Hildegard Lynch and stepfather Hugh Lynch.

Barbara is survived and will be loving remember by her children Heidi A (McLean) Baker, Lisa D McLean, Kevin R Huffman and stepchildren Eric Huffman and Sunshine McLean. Her 10 grandchildren Brandon kassidy Christopher, Andrew, Michael, Emma, Hailey, Isaiah, Noah, Anthony. She will also be lovingly remembered by her sisters Traudel, Anne, and Patricia.

Memorial service for Barbara will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday December 28th, 2018 at Martinez Funeral Home chapel cremation to follow arrangements by Martinez funeral home and cremation of Odessa
