Belia Licon Montoya, of Odessa, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 in Odessa, Texas.

Visitation will be held from 4 pm to 9 pm on Saturday, May 4, 2019 and 1 pm to 9 pm on Sunday, May 5, 2019 with
a Rosary recited at 7 pm at Martinez Funeral Home.

Mass will be held at 10 am on Monday, May 6, 2019 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Father Frank Chavez officiating.
A private cremation will follow. Arrangements are by Martinez Funeral Home.

Belia Licon Montoya was born in Marfa, TX to Severiano Licon and Irene Lara Licon on 9-12-48. She worked as a
Home Health Provider for Nurses Unlimited for 15 years. She was a lover of crossword puzzles and spending time cooking for her family.

She is preceded in death by father Severiano, mother Irene, brothers Armando and Severiano Jr,
grandson Angel Sebastian Bugayong

She is survived by daughters Diane Jimenez, Michelle Montoya, Leticia and husband Francisco Aguinaga,
Rosalinda Montoya: son Eddie and wife Crystal Carrasco: brothers Daniel Licon, Albert Licon, Lincoln Licon:
sisters Maria Cobos, Paula Munoz, Cruz Licon: and 15 grandchildren
