Benito was born in Cienega de Loya, Chihuahua, Mexico to the late Perfecto Chacon Loya and Feliciana Medina Loya on March 18, 1931.
He married Agustina Espinoza on June 1, 1959 in Pecos, Texas. They were married for 37 years.
Benito worked for Warfield as a tire and lube technician and retired after 35 years. He enjoyed deer hunting, growing different kinds of fruit trees, plants and taking care of his trees and lawn in the spring. Playing poker was something he enjoyed doing with his family at get-togethers. He loved watching baseball, especially the Texas Rangers. During football season, he liked to watch the Dallas Cowboys play. He enjoyed cookouts and, most of all, spending time with his family.
Benito is preceded in death by his wife Agustina Loya, Son, Martin Loya, Parents, Perfecto Chacon Loya and Feliciana Medina Loya, brother, Nicolas Loya, and Sister, Silvina Piñon.
Benito is survived by his children, Carmen and husband Ramon Muñiz, Jane and husband Ernesto Fabela, Martina and husband Fernando Hinojos, Benito and wife Matilda Loya great grandchildren Allena and Ezequiel Benito Loya, Tomas Espinoza, Brother, Miguel Loya, Sisters, Rafaela Hernandez and Ofelia Rivas. 22 Grandchildren, 50 Great Grandchildren and 18 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be: Benito Loya II, Ramon Muñiz Jr., Gabriel Muñiz, Ernesto Fabela Jr., Rosalio Fabela, Tomas Espinoza Jr., Fernando Hinojos Jr., Francisco Hinojos
Memorials may be given to Martinez Funeral Home.
