Benjamin Rivera

Benjamin G Rivera, 77, of Odessa, passed away on November 9, 2014 in Odessa, TX.
Rosary will be at 7pm Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel with visitation from 2pm to 9pm.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at St. Josephs Catholic Church with Father Chavez officiating. Burial will follow at Ector Cemetery at Peaceful Gardens.
Benjamin was born in Alpine, Texas to Blas Rivera and Simona Gonzales on December 28, 1936. He married Mary L Cisneros in 1957.
Benjamin is preceded in death by parents, daughter Amalia Rivera and great grandson Isaac Oropeza.
Benjamin is survived by his loving wife Mary, daughters Carmen Barto and Linda Thornburg and sons, Benjamin Rivera Jr., Robert Rivera and David Rivera, twenty five grandchildren and twenty five great grandchildren.
