Bertha Franco

Bertha R. Franco, 84, of Odessa, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 in Odessa, Texas.
A Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 16, 20017 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Frank Chavez officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery in Rosehill Garden. Arrangements are by Martinez Funeral Home.
Bertha was born on March 20, 1933 in Coyame, Chihuahua to Olalla and Lazaro Ramirez. She married Pablo Franco on December 10, 1954 in Aldama, Chihuahua.
Bertha moved to Odessa with her husband in 1956. She was an active parishioner at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. She was devoted to a prayerful life and to her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Pablo Franco, and her son, Hugo Franco.
Bertha is survived by her son, Flabio Franco and wife Priscilla; son, Orlando Franco and wife Deanna, and daughter Minnie Sustaita and husband Andy; grandchildren Jessica Dominguez, and husband Jason; Jennifer Rios and husband Robert; Dana Franco and husband James Hughes; Debbie Bauman and husband Derek; Dani Franco; Desi Franco; Justine Magallanes and husband Michael; Gabriel Sustaita, 10 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
