Bobby Herrera

Bobby Joe Herrera of Odessa, TX passed away on Thursday September 5, 2019 in Odessa, TX.

Visitation will be Sunday from 1 PM to 9 PM Monday from 9 AM to 9 PM with a Rosary on Monday at 7 PM.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday September 10th at St Elizabeth Catholic Church with Fr Mark Woodruff officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery. Arrangements are by Martinez Funeral Home.

Bobby was born in Floydada, TX to Joe Herrera Jr and Janie Mendez on November 8, 1969. He graduated from Permian High School in 1987. He worked at UE Manufacturing as a parts salesman.

Bobby is preceded in death by his father Joe Herrera Jr, his maternal grandmother Maura Benina Mendez, and his paternal grandparents Jose Herrera Sr and Bernadine Herrera.

Bobby is survived by his children Bobby Herrera and wife Yurico Herrera, Ashlee Herrera, Aaron Herrera, Andre Herrera, and Taylor Herrera. His mother Janie Mendez, Grandfather Jesus Mendez, sisters Marilyn Navarrette, Priscilla Samaniego, Becky Vargas, Jessica Herrera and one brother J.R. Herrera. 8 grandchildren Yurelia, Zavian, Zorionee, Zanyla, Baby Herrera, X-Adyran, Iz-ee, and Ka’li.

Countless aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Herrera, Aaron Herrera, Andre Herrera, Mauro Rodríguez, Tone Rodríguez, and Javier Jiménez and Eric Samaniego.
