Bruce Bergeson

Bruce Bergeson, 82 years old, of Andrews, Tx passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024 in Odessa, Texas.

A celebration of life will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 822 SE 22nd Ave, Mineral Wells, Texas 76067.

Bruce was born in Boise, Idaho to Howard and Ruth Bergeson on December 11, 1941. Bruce graduated from Homedale High in Homedale, Idaho. He married Sharon Lankford on September, 11, 1961. Bruce graduated from Utah State University and went on to get his Masters from University of California, Berkeley. He worked for the Idaho Health Department for several years before feeling the call of entrepreneurship. This led him to Texas where he opened a metal fabrication business.

 Bruce is preceded in death by his brother, Kent , his mother, Ruth, and his father, Howard.

Bruce is survived by his wife, Sharon, children- Callie and Dave Hann, Chad and Mindy Bergeson, Jennie and Jeff Darden, Brett and Tracy Bergeson, Betsie and Dustin Dansby, and sisters Patti Hill and Karen Schmidt. He was blessed to be loved by fifteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

 He will always be remembered as a hard-working and loving father and husband.
