Caroll A. Ellis
September 3, 1946 - June 23, 2015
Caroll A. Ellis 68, of Odessa, TX entered into eternal peace Tuesday, June 23, 2015, surrounded by her family, at UT Southwestern Hospital, Dallas, TX.
Visitation will be held 1pm - 9pm Saturday, June 27, 2015 and 12pm -9pm Sunday June 28, 2015 at Martinez Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at 10am at St. James Baptist Church
She was born in Vallejo, California the daughter of Willie Edd & Willie Ann Wallace.
She was preceded in death by her father Willie Ed Wallace, Brother Leroy Wallace and sister
Willie Pearl Masters.
Caroll, attended Blackshear High School and was employed with NBO, Chase and State bank for a number of years.
She was a lifelong committed member of St. James Baptist Church and an active member of the usher board. Caroll
loved to spend time with her family and friends, laugh and always give advice. She had a generous heart and was always giving to others.
She will be forever remembered and missed by her three daughters; Edwolyn (Kevin) Butler, Carolyn (Bruce) Ray and Sonji Vation.
Mother - Willie Ann Wallace. Sisters - Ruthie (Ray) Hudgins, Rose (Levi) Christian. Grandchildren - Jabri & Jalen Butler, Ashley (Kevin) Sykes, Johnny Johnson & Treva Ray.
Also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and countless other friends and family, whom were blessed to know her.
