Charlene Harrington

Charlene Johnson Harrington was born on June 24th, 1955 in Hail Center, Texas to Rubin Johnson and Elvie Ross Johnson. She grew up in Odessa Texas and graduated from Ector High School in 1974.

A pass by Visitation will be held in Thursday August 13, 2020 from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

A Home Going Celebration will be held on Friday August 14, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Texas and Clements Church of Christ with Pastor Devon Deshields.

Charlene worked for Medical Center Hospital for over 25 years.  She retired and was a stay home mother and transported her twin sons wherever they needed to go. She loved to attend the high school football games on Friday nights with her sons. She was also an active member at her church, Texas and Clements Church of Christ.

Following graduation Charlene married Dewayne Harrington in Odessa Texas and to this union 3 children were born.

Charlene was preceded in death by her father Rubin Johnson, her Husband Dewayne Harrington, and her sister Joyce Burditt Johnson.

Charlene leaves to cherish her memory: 3 children: Sha-Quinten Harrington, Demond Harrington, and LaShawn Harrington., 3 grandchildren Sha-Quinten Harrington Jr., Amberlinn Harrington, and Eva Jo’linn Harrington. 2 brothers Rubin Wayne Johnson and Alan Johnson, 4 sisters:  Glenda Enaibre, Darlene Johnson, Stacey Sherman and Audrey Smith, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
