Cheryl Johnson

Cheryl L. Johnson, 59, of Odessa passed away on June 16, 2023 at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, Texas.

Cheryl was born on March 16, 1964 to the late Donnie and Lila Pierce. She received Christ as her personal savior at an early age.

Cheryl attended school in Odessa where she attended Ector High School. She was a part of the graduating class of 1982. She is the mother of one Son Emil Rashad Sutton and the grandmother of five. Cheryl was employed at Winkler County Sheriff’s Department for many years before she retired to stay home with her family.

Cheryl was proceeded in death by her Father, Mother, One Sister, and Two Brothers.

Cheryl leaves to mourn her passing, a Son; Emil Sutton, Four Grandsons; Jae'Breione Sutton, Emil Sutton Jr., Zereion Sutton, and Million Sutton, One Granddaughter; Ahmiya Sutton, Two Sisters; Kathryn Jackson of Lewisville, TX and Patricia (Larry) Johnson of Midland, TX and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Relative and Friends.

A graveside service has been set for 10:00AM Friday June 23, 2023 at the  Ector County Cemetery 'Rosehill Section' with Brandon Marshall speaking words of comfort and prayer to the family.
