Cruz P. Bernal Jr. - The final Bernal Trooper who left a great legacy and family lineage to continue his traditions; Passed from this life and entered eternal rest on July 2, 2018 surrounded by his loving family.
Visitation will be held Thursday July 5, 2018 from 9am - 5pm & Friday July 6, 2018 from 9am - 9 pm with a Remembrance of his life at 6pm.
Graveside Services will be held on July 7. 2018 at 10am at Ector County Cemetery; Section Rosehill.
Cruz P. Bernal Jr. was born in Kerens TX. To Cruz Bernal Sr. & Carmen P. Bernal. He married the love of his life Elena G. Bernal on December 4, 1950. He worked as a truck driver for Ryder until his retirement. He was an Army Veteran and served selflessly for his country from 1945-1949.
Cruz is proceeded in death by his Wife - Elena G. Bernal. Mother and Father, Brothers, Sisters, 2 sons 1 grandson, nieces and nephews.
He left behind a great Legacy that his family will carry on for many years to come- Daughter; Carol Flores, Son; Johnny Bernal. His Grandchildren- Valerie Diaz, Nicole Lemons, Anthony Bernal, Johnny Ray Bernal, David Bernal. Nine Great-Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jonathan Diaz, Jesius Lemons, Damian Gomez, Jacqui Diaz, Kassandra Diaz, Eloy Diaz, Jashon Lemons, Anah Diaz.
