Cruz served in the Korean War as a supply handler for the Army in 1953-1955. Cruz worked for featherlight and CRS Company, later known as Acme Brick Company. Cruz was a "Dallas Cowboy" fan, liked to watch westerns, wheel of fortune, and American Ninja Warrior. His favorite hobbies were scratching off lottery tickets and word search puzzles. He loved being out doors fixing things, watering and showing others how to maintain a home. Cruz was an awesome "Dad". Even though he was not a biological grandpa, he was "Papo" to everyone else. Dad never complained, was never picky. He went with the flow. Dad led a very good life until the end. We will truly miss him.
