Cruz Ramirez

Cruz Arenivas Ramirez, 94, of Odessa, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2013 in Odessa. He was born May 3, 1919 in Mexico to Aniseto and Paula Arenivas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Aniseto and Paula Ramirez Arenivas brother, Jesus Arenivas Ramirez sisters, Josefa Arenivas and Magdalena Arenivas grandchildren, Moises Roman and Gerardo Mendoza and greatgrandson, Abel Roman.

He is survived by his wife, Francisca Torres Arenivas of Odessa sons, Victor Arenivas and Jesus Arenivas, both of Odessa, Carlos Arenivas of Pecos, and Ramon Arenivas of Mexico daughters, Maria Socorro Roman and Celia Mendoza, both of Odessa brother, Anselmo Arenivas of Odessa sisters, Maria Arenivas Zuniga of Mexico and Maria Luisa Arenivas Valenzuela of Pecos 28 grandchildren 68 greatgrandchildren and 4 greatgreat grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Monday, July 8, 2013 from 5 9 PM at MartinezSmith Funeral Chapels with the Rosary being recited at 7 PM. Funeral services will be held in Mexico.
