Daisy Ruth George

Daisy Ruth George age 93 died Sunday, December 10, 2023 in Odessa Texas. 

Daisy was born March 22, 1930 in Palestine, Texas, to Melvin Edwards and Georgia Anderson. She worked at Medical Center Hospital for 20 years. 

Daisy is proceeded in death by her husband, John Willie George Jr., Her parents, 5 brothers, 3 Sisters, and 5 Children. 

She is survived by her children, Marilyn Alford, Larry George, Annette George, Leonard George, Bobby George, Frank George, Michael George, all from Odessa, Texas. 19 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren and many other family and friends. Arrangements are entrusted by Martinez Funeral Home. 

Visitation will be held at Martinez Funeral Home Wednesday December 20, 2023 from 1:00PM - 9:00PM. Funeral Service will be at 10:00AM Thursday December 21, 2023 at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel. Daisy will be late to rest at Dawson County Cemetery in La Mesa, Texas.
