Diana Gonzales

Diana Anaya Gonzales, 38 yrs., of Odessa, was embraced by our Heavenly Father on November 7, 2017 in Odessa Texas surrounded by her loving family.
Diana was born in Andrews Texas to Daniel and Estela Anaya on January 14, 1979. She attended Odessa High School. She married Manuel Gonzales in Odessa. She was a great homemaker. Her favorite quote is "You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have".
Those left to cherish her wonderful precious memories are her husband: Manuel Gonzales, children: Nathan and Triston Gonzales, siblings: Christian Anaya, Jennifer Anaya Matthews, Sally Anaya Darden, parents: Daniel Anaya and Estela T. Anaya, nephews: Sonny D. Alaniz, Ashin Alaniz, Benjamin Matthews, Kaeson Matthews and Jeremiah D. Anaya.
Diana is preceded in death by her aunts: Marina Macias, Amalia Martinez, Grandmother: Lucy Anaya, cousin: Veronica Bustillos.
Pall bears will be Christian Anaya, Sonny D. Alaniz, Caleb Maldonado, Jose Caballero, Isaac Martinez and Jesus J. Lozano III.
Visitation will begin on Friday November 10, 2017 from 3 pm to 9 pm at Martinez Funeral Home. Visitation will continue Saturday, November 11, 2017 from 9am to 9pm, and on Sunday, November 12,2017 from 1pm to 9 pm with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Martinez Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Redeemer on Monday November 13,2017 at 1 pm, she will be laid to rest following services at Ector county cemetery.
Services are entrusted to Martinez Funeral Home.
Memorials may be given to any organization associated with cancer. The family of Diana wishes to extend our sincere thanks to MD Anderson, Medical Center and Staff. Star Hospice and everyone who helped and donated for her benefit, fundraiser and bought food.
