Edward Chacon Lujan

Edward (Eddie) Chacon Lujan, 53 of Odessa, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 in Lubbock, Texas.

Visitation will be held 9am to 9pm on Friday, January 17, 2020 with a Rosary at 7pm at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel.

Mass will be celebrated at 9am on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church 1321 W. Monahan with Father Tony Franco officiating. A cremation will follow. Arrangements are entrusted to Martinez Funeral Home and Crematory.

Edward (Eddie) is preceded in death by mother Anita Chacon Lujan, brother Ernesto C. Lujan Jr., sister Elva Lujan and daughter Anita Lujan.

Edward (Eddie) is survived by companion Velma Jacquez, sons; Zachary Lujan, Isaac Lujan and Christian Gonzales (stepson), daughter Lisha Guzman and husband Thomas, sisters; Yolanda Hernandez (Raul Rodriguez), Elsa Dominguez and husband Juan, Emilie Salinas (t Guillermo Salinas Jr.) and brother Rick Lujan (Amy Olivarez), father Ernesto (Sonny) Lujan Sr., grandchildren; Mia and Harley Guzman and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be Joe Morales, Roman Alvarado, Robert Licon, Jamie Lujan, Jerald Lujan, Raul Rodriguez and Juan Dominguez.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Ivan Ray Lujan, Izek Ray Lujan and Ian Ray Lujan.

The family of Eddie wishes to extend our sincere thanks to everyone for all the calls, texts, love and time given. A special thank you to Delfa Rodriguez and family for their hospitality in Lubbock.
