Eric Montra Larez 49, of Odessa, Texas passed away April 12, 2025, in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Eric was born on July 15, 1975, to Janice Olivas and Guadalupe Larez. He attended Presidio High School and Odessa High School. While attending Presidio High Eric was a member of the track team.

Eric is preceded in death by Grandparents Blas & Cosme N. Larez and Sam & Maxine Draughan.

Eric is survived by Mother Janice Olivas & Stepfather Jose Olivas, Father Guadalupe Larez & Stepmother Rosalinda Larez, Siblings Michael Larez, Triolla Cooper, Sergio Olivas, Luis Angel Olivas and numerous cousins, uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 1:00PM – 9:00PM Thursday April 24, 2025, at Martinez Funeral Home with a Prayer Service at 6:00PM and a Rosary at 7:00PM.

A Protestant Service will be held at 2:00PM Friday April 25, 2025, at Martinez Funeral Home and A Catholic Service will be held at 3:00PM Friday April 25, 2025, at Martinez Funeral Home.
