Erica Elida Vasquez, 32 of Odessa, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2019 in Dallas, Texas.

Visitation will be held from 9am to 9pm on Thursday, September 12, 2019 with a Rosary to be held at 7pm at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel.

Mass will be held at 10am on Friday, September 13, 2019 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church with Father Bush officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery in Odessa II Section. Arrangements are by Martinez Funeral Home.

Erica Elida Vasquez was born in Odessa TX to Oscar and Anita Alvarez on February 15, 1987. She graduated from Corsicana Hight School. She was married to Miguel De La Cruz. She was a homemaker and caring mother.

Erica is preceded in death by grandmother, Elida Gomez, grandfather Roberto Gomez, grandfather Raymond Segura, grandmother Guadalupe Segura, grandfather Rafael Alvarez.

Erica is survived by husband Miguel De La Cruz, Son Alexander Alvarez De La Cruz. Brother Oscar Alvarez, nephew Oscar Alvarez lll and Arturo Alvarez, sister in-law Annie Alvarez, nephew Maximous Alvarez, sister Crystal Alvarez Urias, brother-in-law Luis Urias and sister Monica Alvarez. Anita Alvarez mother and Oscar Alvarez father.
