Fernando Munoz

Fernando Munoz, 25 of Odessa, passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2020 in Midland.

Visitation will be held 9am to 9pm on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 with a Rosary recited at 7pm at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel.

Mass will be celebrated at 2pm on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery in Odessa II Section. Arrangements are entrusted to Martinez Funeral Home.

Fernando was born in Alpine, Texas to Jesus and Rosa Munoz on January 6, 1994. He was a great son, brother and friend. He enjoyed watching his 49ers play and never missed a game. His personality impacted everyone around him in a unique way. He always enjoyed being surrounded by loved ones and connected with everyone differently. Each memory that comes to mind is what Fernando was, full of light, love and happiness.

Fernando is survived by his parents Jesus and Rosa Munoz, siblings Jesus (Vanessa Gonzales) Munoz and Sergio Munoz, nieces and nephews; Alazia Stoglin, Adrian, Sofia,  Seleste, Aaliah and Annaly Munoz, maternal grandparents; Octavio and Guadalupe Cortez and paternal grandfather Trinidad Munoz and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

Pallbearers will be Diego Rangel, Aldo Cortez, Noe Munoz, Esven Lujan, Juan Munoz, Hector Arevalo, David Munoz, Alex Gonzalez and Adrian Munoz
