Glenn Boyd

Glenn Alexander Boyd 54 of Odessa passed away February 2, 2022, in Odessa Tx.

Glenn was born in Ft Bragg North Carolina to David and Linda Boyd on October 18, 1967. Glenn went to Sam Houston Elementary, Hood Jr High, and Permian High School in Odessa Tx. Glenn worked on sprinkler systems, swimming pools and many other jobs like cutting trees, mowed yards, fixed water wells and cars. Glenn loved just hanging out with his family, loved being outdoors hunting, fishing, and riding around the land with his brothers. He loved going to Terlingua to camp, hunt, and ride around mountains to explore the land while hanging with the guys.

Glenn was a gentle soul would lend a hand to help in anyway, made sure his animals Boots and Dutchess were loved on. He made you laugh; Glenn loved and was loved.

Glenn is preceded in death by his Father; David A. Boyd, Mother; Linda J. Boyd, Sister; Bodeca Ann Boyd, Grandparent’s Willard and Lovetta Meadows and Todd and Bodeca Boyd, Honorary Mother Liandra Olivarez and Honorary brother Jerry Corcoran.

Glenn is survived by Sister; Amy Boyd Olivarez, Nephews; Sonny Olivarez and wife Maria Olivarez, Seth Olivarez, Nieces; Melanie Martinez and husband Juan Martinez and Ashley Marie Boyd. Great nieces; Jaelyn and Addisyn Olivarez. Honorary brothers Joe Olivarez, Albert Olivarez, and George Olivarez. Honorary Father Alonzo (Tata) Olivarez.

Glenn’s extended family Nieces; Allison Mendoza and Husband Roy Mendoza, Leslie Olivarez, Robynne Olivarez, Bailee Rodriguez, Nayeli, Amerissa and Zariah Olivarez. Nephews Rowdy Phoeinx, and Ryder Mendoza, Albert Olivarez Jr. and Ryan Ramirez. His cat Boots and Dog Dutchess.
