Imelda Mendez

Imelda "Mel" Mendez, 32 of Odessa, Passed away on December 2, 2018 in Odessa Texas.

Visitation will be held Thursday December 6, 2018 from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM; A rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM

Funeral Services will be held Friday December 7, 2018 at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 AM. Father Chavez will be officiating.
Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery, Odessa II Section.

Imelda was born on April 17, 1986 In Odessa, To Liz (Lisi) Mendez. She graduated from Permian High School, She also worked as a Scale operator/Administrator for Troy Vine's INC for two years.

Imelda is proceeded in death by her Grandfather Jose Olivas, God Father Henry Ortega and , Paternal Grandmother; Maria Elena Cera de Mendez
She is survived by her Mother Liz (Lisi) Mendez, Sister; Brandi Mendez, Brother; Christopher Lopez, Grandmother Nena Olivas, God Mother Elvira Contreras, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many extended family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Christopher Lopez, Jason Martinez, PJ Contreras, Abraham Lujan, Joel Ruiz Jr. Jose Angel Ruiz, Ivan Mendez and Aaron Olivas

The Mendez Family is Requesting that everyone that will be attending the service for Imelda to wear Navy Blue or Dallas Cowboys attire.
