A Memorial Service will be held at 2pm, Saturday, January 23, 2016 at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church with a private graveside service at a later time.

James was born on February 27, 1934 in Ft. Worth, Texas to Mary Elizabeth Cunningham and Samuel Frederick.
