Javier Olivas Garcia Jr.

Javier Olivas Garcia Jr. was born and raised in Odessa, Tx to Javier and Ramona Garcia on the 8^th of August 1979. He worked for the railroad the majority of his life. He enjoyed dancing, hanging out with family and friends, making everyone laugh and have a good time. Most of all he loved his COWBOYS. Win or lose he never gave up on them.

Javier is preceded in death by both grandparents Pilar and Guadalupe Garcia, Delfino and Rosita Olivas.

Javier is survived by his wife Priscilla Hernandez, children Javier III, Jullian, Bryannah and Brisa. Sisters and brothers Salvador and Monica Garza, Myra Garcia, Marlyn Garcia, and Gabriel and Magda Castillo. Parents Javier and Ramona Garcia.

Pallbearers will be Gabriel Castillo, Salvador Garza, Andy Hernandez, Sean Hernandez, Hugo Reyes, Pete Reyes, Edward Munoz, Salvador Escobedo.

The family of Javier Olivas Garcia Jr. wishes to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers.

Visitation will be held from 1:00PM - 9:00PM Monday September 18, 2023 at Martinez Funeral Home with a Rosary at 7:00PM. Mass will be at 10:00AM Tuesday September 19, 2023 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Carlos Rodriguez Officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery ~ Rosehill Section.
