Jaymi Darlene Roman Anderson was born on November 3, 1965, in Odessa, Texas to Sally Flores and Israel Roman.
She graduated St. Mary’s Catholic School and Permian High School. Jaymi attended Odessa College and worked in banking and in the legal system. She found her passion in working for Drug Screen Compliance, this year marks twenty years. She was hired by Lou Linneman on October 10, 2003, and continued working under his son and daughter Carol Linneman Spaulding and Stephen and the late Brad Linneman.
Jaymi loved sports, she loved to ride, boating and jet skiing, but her passion was playing in the national Co-ed Softball League which she did for many years. She loved music of all genres and knew every word of every song, it seems.
Jaymi was a happy and loving person and made many friends in her journey of life.
Survivors include her mother; Sally Flores of Odessa, Texas, her Father; Israel Roman Sr. of Matador, Texas, the love of her life; Jimmy Anderson of Odessa, Texas with whom she was married to for 14 wonderful years, Two sons whom she loved dearly; Dion Michael Delao of College Station, Texas, Matthew Eric Delao of Los Angles, California, Sisters; Raquel Marquez of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Imelda Roman of Amarillo, Texas, Yasmin Roman, Brother; Israel Roman Jr. (Wife Raquel of Damas, Texas). Three stepdaughters whom she loved as her own, Madison and husband Hunter Grenwelge of Fredericksburg, Texas, Amberly Anderson and Fiancé Timothy Bippert of D’Hanis, Texas and Erin Anderson of Odessa, Texas. Her favorite Aunt; Linda and Uncle Raymond Flores of Midland, Texas, a favorite uncle; J.R. Flores of Little Rock, Arkansas, a great Aunt Manuela Morales, of Dallas, Texas. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins whom she loved in abundance.
She is preceded in death by her Maternal Grandmother whom she loved so much; Mary Gonzales, Maternal Grandfather; Perfecto Flores Sr., Paternal Manuel Sr., and Gregoria Roman and a favorite uncle Alfred “Rambo” Gonzales.
