Jesus Ismael Madrid

Jesus Ismael Madrid gained his wings on November 19, 2023 at the age of 79. He was born on March 24, 1944 and raised by his adoptive parents Manuel and Dionicia Madrid.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years Venus Madrid, his parents Manuel and Dionicia Madrid, daughter Sarah Lynn Madrid, granddaughter Kimberly Lynn Vasquez, and grandsons, Tito Vasquez Jr and Brian Esparza. Our dad’s main interest was all types of Spanish music and watching local and worldwide news. He would look forward to home cooked meals on Fridays with his family and will forever be missed. 

He is survived by his daughters, Rose (Tito) Vasquez, Anna (Emiliano) Villa, Maria (Francisco Minjarez) Madrid all from Odessa, and his son Jesus Manuel (Carrie) Madrid from Wills Point, 8 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 29, 2023 from 11:00AM-9:00PM, Rosary will be at 7:00PM.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday November 30, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 10:00AM. Burial will follow at Los Angeles Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Emiliano Villa Jr, Frankie Minjarez, Jesse Madrid Jr, Alejandro Alcantar, Anthony Madrid, Jeremy Hill, Xavier Espericueta, and Giovanni Casas.
