Jimmy Ray LeBlanc was born, February 18, 1953 in Odessa, Texas to Ruby Faye McCullough and Francis LeBlanc went home to be with the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on October 17, 2013. Jimmy accepted the Lord as his Savior at an early age and enjoyed reading and learning about the word of God.
Jimmy was educated in the Odessa School District but later went to Job Corp and obtained a welding degree in 1971. He relocated to Beaumont, Texas 15 years ago and was a faithful employee of Modern Group in Lumberton, Texas. Jimmy continued to work as a welder until his departure. He was respected and liked by all of his peers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruby Faye McCullough and Francis LeBlanc, three brothers Monroe Robinson, Francis LeBlanc and Lester Black, two sisters Ronda LeBlanc and Leteisha LeBlanc.
Jimmy is survived by five children Wilburt Davis of Odessa, Texas, Channella Jenkins of Arlington, Texas, Jennifer LeBlanc of Beaumont, Texas, Montrey LeBlanc of El Paso, Texas and Natausha LeBlanc of El Paso, Texas, ten grandchildren, brothers and sisters include Renee LeBlancFillmore of Midland, Texas, Richard Black of Midland, Texas, Paul Black of Little Rock, Arkansas, Tyrone LeBlanc, Pamela LeBlanc and Lavetta LeBlanc all of Detroit, Michigan and a host of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Flax, Wilburt Davis, Kevin Fillmore, Marvis Fillmore, Montrey LeBlanc and Chris Fillmore.
