Funeral Services will be held at 1pm Friday, January 22, 2016 at St. James Baptist Church with
Rev. Samuel Buhl officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County in Peaceful Garden.
Arrangements are under the care of Martinez Funeral Home. under the direction of Funeral Directors Tony Lujan & Nancy Olvera.
Joe was born on November 22, 1956 in Big Spring, Texas to Sylvester Wright and Christine Fuller.
