Jose Alberto "Lil Joe" Chavarria, 24, of Odessa, TX was met by our Lord at Heaven's gates on Tuesday, May, 26, 2015.
Rosary will be read Sunday, May 31, 2015 at 7:00 pm at Martinez Funeral Home. Mass will be at St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Monday, June 1, 2015 at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery in Peaceful Gardens. Services are under the direction of Martinez Funeral Home.
Joe was born in Odessa, TX to Joe Albert Chavarria and Minerva Chavez on December 20, 1990. He graduated from Permian High School in 2009. He was employed by Double T Oilfield Services.
Joe enjoyed playing football, playing with the Boys and Girls Club for the Vikings and then the Packers. He also played for Ector Jr. High.
Joe enjoyed spending time with his friends and "spitting flows". He was an avid Play Station player and he loved his Dallas Cowboys. Until recently, his new joy in life and what brought happiness to Joe was the birth of his twins.
Joe is survived by his twins, Jo'Jayden Azariha and Kataleya Alicia Chavarria; his mother Minerva Chavez and her husband Pedro Gallardo; his father Joe Albert Chavarria; sister Stephanie Chavarria; brother Alexzander Barrera; niece Athena Jade Chavarria; nephew Christopher Raiden Lueras; grandmother Rosa Loya; grandparents Lorina and Joe Chavarria; aunts Alma Martinez and her husband Mario Ramirez, Jackie Chavarria; uncle Robert Chavarria; and his babies mother Easter Alicia Cordenas.
Pall bearers will be Alex Barrera, Edgar Lujan, Daniel Guerra, Gabriel Cortez, Brandon Chavarria and P.J. Gallardo, Jr.
