Jose Luis (Joe) Mendoza, 58 of Odessa, passed away on June 1, 2016 in Odessa, Texas.
Visitation will be held 1pm - 9pm with Rosary at 7pm, Sunday, June 5th, 2016 at
Martinez Funeral Home Chapel. under the direction of Funeral Director Nancy Olvera
Mass will be held at 10am Monday, June 6, 2016 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with
Father Chavez officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery in
Peaceful Garden. Arrangements are by Martinez Funeral Home.
Joe was born in Muzquiz, Coahuila to Asencion and Delfina Mendoza.
He graduated from Ector High School. He worked as a swamper for Hooper Trucking for 25 years.
Joe is preceded in death by mother Delfina Mendoza, brother Arturo Mendoza.
Joe is survived by father Ascencion Mendoza, three sons Little Joe Miranda, Romeo (Hilda) Mendoza, Jimmy Miranda, sisters
Maria Mendoza, Clarita Martinez, Martha Mendoza, four grandchildren and god daughter Aleena Mendoza.
