Juan Casias, 60, of Balmorhea, TX, passed away on November 28, 2015 in Odessa, TX.
Rosary will be held at 7 pm on Monday November 30, 2015 at Martinez Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 10am on Tuesday December 1, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Deacon Art Casias officiating. Burial will follow at Peaceful Gardens. Arrangements are by Martinez Funeral Home.
Juan was born in Lamesa, TX to Raymond Sr. and Lucinda Casias on October 17, 1955. He went to school at Balmorhea, TX. He married Bertha Casias on March 3, 1975 in Odessa, TX. He worked as a machinist for LaConofre Industries for over 30 years.
Juan is preceded in death by his parents.
Juan is survived by his wife Bertha Casias, his sons Jason married to Sarai Casias, Steven married to Oneida Casias, and daughter Laura Casias. His brothers Raymond Jr. Casias married to Eloisa and Art Casias married to Margaret. Grandchildren Angel Ray, Marc Anthony, Isaiah Alexander, Rhiannon, Aliyah, Christian, Derek, and Jacob.
Pallbearers will be grandsons Marc Anthony and Isaiah Casias, Nephews Albert and Gabriel Casias, Mikey Contreras and family friends Abel Anchondo Jr, Pete Rodriguez, Josh Castillo
Juan married his high school sweetheart and was the star quarterback for the Balmorhea Bears. He was a very happy man and loved to joke around with everyone he came into contact with. He was loved by many and will be truly missed.
