Juan Licon

Juan E Licon, 66, of Staton, passed away on February 12th, 2021 in Odessa. Rosary will be 7 p.m. Wednesday March 3rd, 2021 at Martinez Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday March 4th,2021 at Holy Redeemer with the Father Fernando, officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery. Arrangements are by Martinez Funeral Home. Juan E Licon was born in Staton, Tx to Enrique Licon and Feliciana Espinosa on March 18th, 1954. He was a painter for Solar Injection Pump for 6 years. He was widowed by his partner in life Vivian Aguilar Licon. Juan was preceded in death by his wife Vivian Aguilar Licon; his parents Enrique Licon, Feliciana Espinosa; his brother Jose Cruz Licon, Tony Licon and his sister Amelia ¨ Millie¨ Ulate Licon. Juan is survived by his two daughters Amanda Licon, Angelica Licon both of Odessa; 2 brothers Jesus ¨ Chuy¨ Licon of Marfa, Henry Licon of Odessa and 4 sisters, Gloria Melendez of Fort Stockton, Lydia Licon and Christina Morgan of Balmorhea, Vitoria Licon of Odessa and 3 grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Jason Licon, Michael Loya, Calvin Loya, Robby Melendez, Noe Melendez and Xavier Urias.
