Laura Boren

Laura Lou Boren, 63, of Odessa, TX passed away on April 3rd, 2019 at her Residence.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 8, 2019 from 1pm - 9pm. The family will receive friends form 6pm -8pm.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, April 9,2019 at 2:00 PM at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel, With Rev. Jimmy Braswell Officiating.
She was born in West Monroe, Louisiana to Retha and Eslie Nordan on December 1st, 1955. Her family moved to Texas when she was a child, and there she attended school. She met the love her life Ronald Boren in 1972 and they were married that same year on September 4th.
They had 3 sons together. Shane, Ronnie and Jeff. She spent her days taking care of her family and working at their family business. She was affectionately known as nanny to her 6 grandbabies.
Laura and Ronnie had 46 years of wonderful memories together. She will be greatly missed
She is survived by her husband Ronald, 2 sons, Ronnie and wife Shonda, Jeff and wife Ruthy. Daughter in law Mandy. Her mother Retha and her sister Emma O'Hair. And her 6 precious grandbabies; Jaden, Tyler, Cayden, Xia, Melanie, and baby Jace.
She is preceded in death by her father, brother JR and oldest son Shance.
Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie, Jess, Tyler, Jaden, Cayden, Boren.
