Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00AM at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church on Tuesday August 4, 2020 In Odessa, Texas.

Arrangements are under the direction of Martinez Funeral Home in Odessa, Texas

Funeral Mass will then be held in at 9am on August 5, 2020 at La Capilla de San Juan, Ojinaga Mexico, Burial will follow at San Juan Cemetery. Arrangements in Mexico are by Funeraria De Valle

Lazarao Pando was born in Ojinaga, Chihuahua to Cleofas and David Pando pm April 4, 1930. He was married for 57 years to Juliana Pando Hernandez, He worked as labor worker in construction and pipeline for many years.

Lazaro is preceded in death by his Wife Juliana Pando and sons Angel Luis Pando and Ramon Franco.

Lazaro is survived by his children, Marisela Pando, Elsa Gardea, Heri Pando, Lazaro Pando Jr, Victor Manuel Pando, Olivama Ortiz, Gloria Hernandez, Juan Hernandez, Karime Acosta and Saul Pando and 37 Grandchildren and 67 Great Grandchildren.
