Manuel Enriquez III

Manuel Enriquez III 84, of Odessa Texas passed away on November 21, 2024, in Odessa, Texas. Manuel was a Christian Catholic.

Rosary will be held at 6 PM Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 3738 Amherst Odessa, TX 79762. Memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday December 14 2024, at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church with Father Francis Onyekozuru officiating. Inurnment in the columbarium will follow after the Mass at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. 

Manuel Enriquez III was born in del Rio, Texas to Manuel Enriquez and Eliza Cuellar Enriquez July 18, 1940. He attended school in Ozona, Texas and graduated from Odessa High School. He married Ophelia Luna on December 4, 1958, in Ozona Texas. 

He worked as a movie projectionist for the Scott Theatre, Odessa Landscape Nursery, 14 years for Halliburton Oil Company and owned Goldsmith Packer Company Inc. for 41 years. 

Manuel is preceded in death by his parents, son Mark Enriquez. Brother Samuel Enriquez from Apple Valley, California, George Enriquez, Teodoro Enriquez, Genaro Enriquez, Severo Enriquez and Roberto Enriquez all from Midland, Texas. Two sisters Connie Martinez from Pomona, California and Mary Rodriguez from Midland Texas.

He is survived by his wife Ophelia Enriquez, daughters Debra Prichard, Judith Ortega and husband Manny Ortega of San Antonio, Texas. Also, one brother Alfred Enriquez of Midland, Texas.

He had 6 Grandchildren Heath Prichard, Clarissa McAloon, Zachary Enriquez, Sydney Murphy, Kristin Gilley, and Samuel Gilley, 16 great grandchildren, and various nieces and nephews.

 Memorials may be given to Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
