Manuel was born on November 12, 1936 in Barrancos De Guadalupe, Municipio de Ojinaga Chih Mexico to Luciano D. Garcia and Tecla Carrasco Garcia.
Visitation will be held on Saturday October 23,2015 from 10 Am to 9 Pm and on Sunday October 24, 2015 from 1 Pm to 9 Pm
Rosary will be held on Sunday October 24,2015 at 7 Pm at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel
Mass will be held on Monday October 25, 2015 at St Joseph's Catholic Church at 10 Am interment will follow at Ector County Cemetery Peaceful Garden Section
Manuel is survived by two sons: Abelardo Garcia and Noe Garcia both of Hobbs NM., two daughters: Graciela Garcia and Noemi Garcia both of Hobbs NM., Five brothers: Federico Garcia of California, Vivian Garcia of Presidio, Texas, Luciano C. Garcia of Crane Texas, Esequiel C. Garcia of Odessa, Texas and Two Sisters; Guadalupe C. Garcia of Houston Texas.
