Margie Morill

Margie LaVern Morill, 58, of Odessa, TX passed away on September 9, 2013.

Visitation will be on September 11, 2013 at 7pm, at Martinez Funeral Home. Funeral.

Services will be held at 10am on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at St. James Baptist Church with the Pastor R.T. McNeil officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery.

Margie was born in Odessa to Della Fuller and Allen Morill Sr. on August 11, 1955. She graduated from Ector High School in Odessa. Margie later moved to Dallas, Texas and worked at Parkland Memorial Hospital as a Lab Tech for 18 years. As years went on she returned to Odessa to be with her family where she worked at Furrs Cafeteria.

Margie is preceded in death by her father Allen Morill Sr., mother, Della Fuller and her sister Florie Morill.

Margie is survived by her sisters, Bettie Hawkins and Maxine Fields, her brother, Allen Morill Jr. all of Odessa. She is also survived by her aunt, Willie B. Johnson of Midland.

Palbearers will be James Taylor, Reggunal ONeal, James Gaytan, Wayne Baziel, James Shorts and Billy Hill.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Ricky Woods, Trey Hawkins, Marcus Hawkins, Walter McCoy, Rayford Wright, Joe Wright. Danny Wright, John Williams, Ira Young and B.J. Young.

The family of Marie wishes to extend our sincere thanks to her many friends and extended family members.
