Maria Del Socorro Lopez Aguilar age 86 of Odessa TX was called to be with the Lord on Wednesday June 14th, 2017 in Odessa TX.

Socorro was born in Presidio, TX to Ines Villa De Aguilar and Justo De Aguilar.
She married the love of her life Gonzalo Lopez in the year of 1945. They had a beautiful marriage of 62 years! She became a widow on February 2008.

Socorro is preceded in death by her husband Gonzalo Lopez and daughter Yolanda Griego Lopez.

Left to cherish her memory are her grand kids (sons) James Lopez and wife Guadalupe, Daniel De La Cruz and wife Amanda, Ramon De La Cruz, and daughter Elizabeth De La Cruz. Sister Cruz Gomez. Great grandkids - Pamela, Jennifer, Judith, James, Jaime, Ciena, Demetre. Aj, Diveli, Avyn, Thalia, Ramon, and Rocio. Great great grandkids - Destiny, Neila, Xander, Damien, Jaylee, Ethan, Devante', Khalio, and Maliyah.

Socorro was a loving and caring child of God. She was a believer in Jesus Christ, and loved to hear his word. She adored her family. She was a selfless person! Her bond was a special one with all of her generation of grandkids! She was loved by so many and will be truly missed!

Pallbearer will be her Great grandkids James, Jaime, Demetre, Aj, Ramon, and David.
We would love to thank everyone for all the beautiful prayers and all they have done for her!
