Maria Muro

Maria Valdez Muro 93, was born El Mulato, Chihuahua, México, to  Epigmenio Valdez and Amalia Jaime on July 5,1929. She married Vicente Mendoza Muro on April 16, 1943. They were married for 57 years in San Antonio del Bravo, Chihuahua, Mexico. She was a homemaker and a Christian Catholic.

Maria Valdez Muro is preceded in death by her Parents, husband Vicente Muro, sons: Manuel, Armando, Agustine, and Oscar Muro, daughter: Juanita Muro, grandson Jose Luis Muro and sisters and brothers.

Maria Valdez Muro is survived by daughters: Alicia Valles (Pepe Valles), Celia Muela, Dora Sanchez (Isabel Sanchez), Maria Baeza (Ernesto Baeza), Aurora Ybarra (Miguel Ybarra) and Juana Estrello (Joaquín Estrello). Sister: Socorro Lopez.  Brother: Ramon Valdez.

Maria leaves to cherish her memory 38 grandchildren, 99 great grandchildren and many more great great-grandchildren.

Visitation is set for Monday January 2, 2022, from 1:00PM-9:00PM with a rosary at 7:00PM at Martinez Funeral Home chapel.

Mass will be celebrated 10:00AM Tuesday January 3, 2022, at St Joseph’s Catholic Church with Father Carlos Rodriguez officiating.

Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery in the Odessa II section.

Pallbearers will be: Isaiah Payen, Juan Vicente Fierro, Manuel Gonzalez, Enrique Gonzalez, Robert Tarango, Juan Estrello , Javier Muro Michael Gomez Jr. and Jason Sanchez.
