Maria Rivera

Maria Delfina Rivera, 70 years old, of Odessa, passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 in Odessa, Texas.

Visitation will be held from 1pm to 9pm on Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral Service will be held at 10am on Friday, December 27, 2019 at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel with pastor Ernest Florez officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery in Odessa II Section.  Arrangements are entrusted to Martinez Funeral Home and Crematory.

Maria Delfina Rivera was born in Del Rio, Texas to Mother Amelia Garcia on August 4, 1949. She went to school to San Felipe High School of Del Rio, Texas. She married Federico Rivera Jr. on April 18, 1974.  Maria was a dedicated housewife and God fearing (Christian) woman.

She is preceded in death by mother, Amelia Garcia.

She is survived by husband, Federico Rivera Jr.; son, Federico Rivera III; daughter Lisa Marie Rivera; granddaughter, Celest Elena Perez and Godson Jose Fernando Rivera.

Pallbearers will be Oscar Vargas, Brian Casas, Joe Rivera, Enrique Guzman, Freddy Rivera III and Freddy Rivera Jr.
