Maria Ronquillo

Maria De Lourdes Ronquillo, 45 years, of Odessa, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2020 in Odessa, Texas.

Maria (Luly) was born on January 7, 1975 to Ulpiano Muniz and Carmen Sanchez in Ojinaga, Chihuahua as a twin sister to Lucia Muniz. She married the love of her life, Raul Ronquillo on January 19, 1998 in Odessa Texas. She was a dedicated wife and mother and loved horses and gardening. Maria worked for Saulsbury as an office clerk and was loved and respected by her work family as well.

Maria is preceded by her father Ulpiano Muniz and her father-in-law Armando Ronquillo.

Maria is survived by her loving husband, best friend and supervisor, Raul Ronquillo, her children, Raul Ronquillo Jr, Rodolfo Ronquillo and Raquel Ronquillo; her mother, Carmen Sanchez; sisters Maria del Carmen Muniz, Noria Elia Muniz, Lucia Muniz Antu; brothers Martin Muniz and Manuel Ulpiano Muniz; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Friday, May 15, 2020 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church with Father Frank Chavez officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery in Odessa II Section. Arrangements are entrusted to Martinez Funeral Home and Crematory.
