Mark Gomez

Mark Gomez, of Odessa, Texas passed from this life in the early hours of August 14, 2016.

Memorial Service will be held on August 17, 2016 at 10am at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ray Ochoa officiating. Interment will follow at Ector County Cemetery in Rosehill Garden.

Mark was born in Odessa, Texas to Rosendo and Mary Gomez on September 5, 1968. He had two children that he loved with all his heart. He met the love of his life Teresa Graham while traveling and he moved her to Odessa, Texas where they now call home. Mark had a contagious smile and he loved to joke around. He was the type of person that would go out of his way to help when he saw a need. Mark lived life to the fullest, he loved his family and would make calls to his nieces anytime he had a question. His niece Michelle was his personal I.T. support where he called her for all his computer questions.

Mark is preceded in death by his father Rosendo L. Gomez.

Those left to cherish his love is mother Mary Gomez of Mansfield, TX, his soulmate Teresa Graham of Odessa, TX - his daughter Tiffany Villalobos of Midland, TX; his son Mark Anthony of Odessa, TX - four grandchildren, his siblings Rachel Gomez of Arlington, TX, Irma & John Fisher of Mansfield, TX, Rene Gomez of Mansfield, TX and Jaime & Anna Gomez of Odessa, TX. Mark also had several nieces and nephews and a host of aunts and uncles, cousins and friends that will miss him dearly.

The family of Mark wishes to extend our sincere gratitude to the staff of Medical Center Hospital, especially to the nursing staff of the 8th floor which provided an excellent care.
