Maurilio Sanchez

Maurilio B. Sanchez, 72 of Presidio, passed away on Friday, September 7, 2018 in Odessa.

Visitation will be held from 3pm to 8pm on Sunday, September 9, 2018 with a Rosary at 7pm.
Mass will be held at 10am on Monday, September 10, 2018 at Santa Tereza Catholic Church in Presidio, Texas with Father Mike officiating.
Burial will follow at Dessert Hills Cemetery. Arrangements are under Martinez Funeral Home.

Maurilio was born on February 6, 1946 to Alfonso Sanchez Baeza and Magdalena Brito in Ojinaga, Chihuahua. He married the love of his life, Olivia Juarez on March 15, 1969 in Ojinaga, Chihuahua. Maurilio loved the ranch life but specialized working as a sheet metal worker in the Insulation Industry.

Maurilio is preceded in death by his parents, Alfonso and Magdalena Sanchez, and a sister Magdalena Sanchez Brito.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Olivia Sanchez, sons Alfredo and wife Elvira Sanchez, Maurilio Sanchez, daughter Karmina and husband Eduardo Proano, brothers Alfonso Sanchez Brito, Alfredo Sanchez Brito and Jesus Manuel Sanchez Brito, and sisters Angelica Sanchez Brito, Hildeliza Sanchez de Gonzalez, Luz Elena Sanchez de Anaya, Cristina Sanchez de Hernandez, nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Alfredo Sanchez Sr., Maurilio Sanchez Jr., Alfredo Sanchez Jr., Fabian Sanchez and Eduardo Proano and Miguel Angel Gardea Sr.
