Merced Galindo

Merced Caballero Galindo age 88 of Midland, Texas passed away on July 1 2022, in Midland.

Visitation for Merced will take place on Thursday July 7, 2022 from 1:00pm - 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm at Martinez Funeral Home and Crematory in Odessa.

Funeral mass will be Celebrated at 10:00am on Friday, July 8, 2022 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery - Rosehill Section

Merced Caballero Galindo was born in Rancho El Morcielago Mpo. Manuel Benavidez to Facundo Caballero and Maria de Jesus Galindo.  Merced married Nicolas Galindo Carrasco on May 17th 1957 in Ojinaga, Chihuahua. Merced was a homemaker and a seamstress.

Merced was preceded in death by her husband Nicolas Galindo and her grandson Mathew Galindo.

Merced is Survived by her daughter Romelia Luna (Eliseo), sons Nicolas Galindo (Vilma) and Robert Galindo. Her siblings Eva Marquez, Gloria Galindo, Maria de la luz Caballero, Maurillo Caballero, Isauro Caballero.

Her grandchildren Eliseo Jr. Luna, Eddy Luna, Erika Arroyo, Cherri Martinez, Michael Galindo, Nicolas Galindo and Julia Galindo

Her great grandchildren Sebastian, Alliana, Alyssa, Luly, Noel, Michael, Dylan, Justin, Jason, Jacob and Chris.

Pallbearers will be Eliseo Luna Jr., Eddy Luna, Sebastian Luna, Michael Galindo, Michael Galindo JR., Noel Arroyo, Jimmy Campos and Jason Martinez
