Michael Williams

Michael Wayne Williams, 55 of Odessa, passed away on December 10, 2016 in Odessa. He was born April 11, 1961 in Loraine, Texas to Frankie Davis and Horace Lee Williams.
Visitation will be held 11am -9pm Friday, December 16, 2016 at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel.
Celebration of Life will be held at 10am, Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Michael Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Ector County Cemetery. Arrangements are under Martinez Funeral Home and Crematory.
He graduated from Ector High School. After high school, he joined the U.S. Army. He then went on to work for the post office and Holiday Inn. He later became a CNA and he worked at Sienna Nursing & Rehabilitation and Buena Vida Nursing & Rehab Center. Mike loved to tell jokes and make people laugh. Many knew that he called himself "Will Kill".
He is preceded in death by a son, Michael Williams Jr., sister Kathleen Williams, a step son D'Quary Harris, step father Eugene Davis, grandparents Frank and Josephine Christian and Rose Ella Smith.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his daughters, Dorothy and Tiffany Williams and mother Yolanda Williams of Odessa, Kaylee Smith of Odessa, son Jefferson Carroll, mother Margie Shorts of San Marcos, a stepson Marshall Harlan of Odessa, mother Frankie Davis of Odessa, father Horace Williams of Sweetwater, TX, sisters Joetta Christian, Carolyn Williams, Kimberly Wright, Cynthia Martin all of Odessa, Kisha Green of Duncanville, TX, brother Robert Williams of Dallas, step brother Danny R Davis of Dallas, two granddaughters Kei'Ausha & Deziree Williams of Odessa and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Pallbearers will be Dennis Haynes, Lester Starling Jr., Victor McCowan, Ivory Christian Jr., Elmo Starling and Derrick Williams.
