Miguel Pedregon Lopez Sr.

(March 29, 1954 ~ August 20, 2021)

Miguel P. Lopez Sr at the young age of 67, was called home to our Lord on Friday, August 20, 2021 in Odessa, Tx with multiple complications due to the Coronavirus.

Miguel was born in El Paso (Ysleta), Tx to Alfredo and Catalina Lopez on March 29, 1954. He married Rosa Lopez on December 1, 1973. He graduated from Ysleta High School. He was an expert carpenter who loved to work on his house all the time. He was a green thumb who was always gardening, whether it was fruits, vegetables, and chiles. He was well known for making one of the best salsas and the juiciest tomatoes. He loved fishing, hunting, and camping. He loved watching sports, football, baseball, softball, and more.  He dedicated his entire life to his family. He loved to cook and grill to make sure his family would never go hungry. He was an amazing person with a loving, caring Heart. He will dearly be missed for who he was and what he had to offer to his friends and family.

Miguel is preceded in death by his father and mother, Alfredo and Catalina Lopez; brothers, Richie Lopez and Andres Lopez.

Miguel is survived by his wife, Rosa Lopez; two sons, Gabriel Lopez and Miguel Lopez Jr.; three brothers, Alfredo Lopez, Gilbert Lopez, and Ernesto Lopez; three sisters, Carmen Pedregon, Irene Reyes, and Mary Lopez; three grandchildren, Kryselda Lopez, Gabriel Lopez Jr, and Cyrrie Lopez; three step grandchildren, Keilah Udave, Caiden Golden, and Kyla Golden; one great grandchild, Jocelyn Lopez; many nieces and nephews!!!
