Nancy Vondell Keesee

Nancy Keesee passed into the loving arms of Jesus on January 12th in Odessa, Texas. Nancy was 89 years old, born August 6, 1934 in Abilene, Texas. She leaves behind a legacy of caring and cherished memories and a life of unwavering faith and tireless dedication to her family.
 
Nancy grew up in the Abilene area, graduated from Hawley High School in 1952 and attended Business College in Abilene.
Nancy married E.W ‘Dutch’ Keesee on April 3, 1955, they lived in Abilene until 1965 when they moved to Odessa where she worked for KOSA TV as Business Manager for many years and then as an Auto Dealer, owner of KK’s Cars for 35 years with her son, Kelly.
 
Nancy loved Jesus and her Church. She loved spending time with her family traveling, playing golf and fishing and her bridge playing friends. She was a talented artist and her beautiful artwork hangs on family walls. Strong, independent, as tough as they get, she always had a smile and a genuine listening ear for anyone. She was truly one-of-kind.
 
She was preceded in death by her father, O.B. Williams, her mother, Elnor Liner. She is survived by her daughter, Kay Stewart of Denton, TX and son, Kelly Keesee of Odessa, grandson Kristopher Keesee of Azle, TX and 3 great grandchildren.

The family requests that memorials be made to the Humane Society of Odessa or your favorite charity.

The family will hold a private service at a later date.
