Nicomedes is survived by his life partner Stacy Pemberton of Odessa, TX, Daughter Brittany Palomino of Odessa, TX, Sons Nick Palomino III of Austin, TX, Carlos & Luis Palomino of Pecos, TX, Issac Pemberton, Steven Pemberton, and Daniel Galindo all of Odessa TX, Sisters: Sylvia, Norma, Diana, Gracie Brothers: Raymond and Martin and two grandchildren Jahlylah Pemberton and Nathaniel Rodriguez
